People close to me know that my wallet is the most disorganized thing on earth. And no matter how I try to keep it neat and receipt free, It’s such an effort and I can’t even understand why — go figure??!!!
Last December I replaced my wallet to a bigger one and with more pockets, hoping that the size and space will compensate for the contents. Of course, it didn’t work and reached its worst state ever. Look…poor new wallet too:-(

Frustrated, I immediately sought help. Where? Google to the rescue. Here’s an article (via Huffpost Canada) I found very simple and I think I can apply for the rest of my life…

hi Mia! I check my wallet every night and remove the receipts. Then, I reorganize the bills, (Chairman Mao’s) face up, by denomination, if there’s a stray note that isn’t in the right order. I keep the credit/ATM cards in their place so that I don’t have to look for them whenever I need them. Store cards go separately in a different card container. It feels good to have an orderly wallet! PS Don’t store two cards in the same pocket because the magnetic strip might be affected.
Meg, thanks so much for the tips!! Especially the card part… I am so bad when it comes to these things:-(
